REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. One-Time Digital Products

Because one-time products are digital and can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been delivered. The Company will review refund requests involving duplicate charges, a purchase made in error before meaningful access, a failure to provide purchased access that the Company cannot cure, or another circumstance where a refund is required by law.

 

2. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions to stop future renewals. Cancellation should be completed before the next renewal charge. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation does not retroactively refund charges already incurred and access continues through the end of the paid period.
