How Manager Resource Vault Purchases, Downloads, and Subscriptions Work

Buying a management resource should be straightforward. This guide explains the current Manager Resource Vault purchase options, what happens after checkout, how secure downloads work, and what to expect if you choose a recurring plan.
Current purchase options
Manager Essentials Bundle — $59 one time. This is the one-time purchase option for customers who want a standalone manager resource bundle without a recurring charge.
Manager Vault Membership — $24 per month or $199 per year. Both options are recurring subscriptions. The annual option renews yearly; the monthly option renews monthly until canceled.
Manager Vault Pro — $49 per month. This is a recurring monthly subscription and renews automatically until canceled.
Small Business License — $99 per month. This recurring license is for internal use by the licensed organization and does not permit resale or public redistribution.
What happens after payment
After a successful payment, a secure download link is emailed to the address used at checkout. The link remains active for 24 hours. Check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder if you do not see it right away.
The paid resource itself is not exposed through a permanent public download address. The secure link is generated for delivery and expires after the stated access window.
If your download link expires
Contact support@managerresourcevault.com if you need help with a missing or expired download link. Include the email address used at checkout so the purchase can be verified before a replacement link is issued.
Managing recurring subscriptions
Recurring plans renew automatically according to the billing interval shown at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. When a subscription is canceled for the end of the current billing period, access continues through the paid period.
Refunds and access problems
Refund terms can vary by product and circumstance, so the terms displayed at checkout control. If you believe you were charged twice, cannot access a paid resource, or have another billing or delivery problem, contact support@managerresourcevault.com so the transaction can be reviewed.
Which option should you choose?
Choose Manager Essentials if you want a one-time bundle. Choose Manager Vault Membership if you want recurring manager-resource access with a monthly or annual billing choice. Choose Manager Vault Pro if you want the recurring Pro tier. Choose the Small Business License when the resources will be used internally by a licensed organization.
Prices and product terms may change over time. The checkout page always shows the current price, billing interval, and purchase terms before payment.
Manage a recurring subscription
Recurring Manager Vault subscriptions can be managed securely through the Stripe customer portal. Customers can review invoices, update payment or contact information, and cancel future renewal. Cancellation is set to take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
